Do I need to provide a photo ID on arrival?

During check-in, a Primary Photo Id (Passport or NZ Driver's License) must be presented from all guests occupying the room. If photo id is not provided, check-in will not be guaranteed.

Reception open hours?

Reception is operational 24 hours.

What time is check in & checkout?

Check in is 2;00 pm. Check out is 10:00 am

Is parking available on site?

Paid parking available only overnight, please check with reception

Are we allowed to bring alcohol?

Is smoking allowed?

Not inside the hostel premises.

Internet Access?

Yes all rooms have free WiFi access.

Do I need to pay a bond/deposit on arrival?

Yes. You will be required to pay a deposit which will be refunded to you on the departure if the room has no damages or incidentals.
